Effective education policy recognizes that each child is unique – that Florida’s Hispanic students all have different interests, talents, and needs. What works well for one child may not work for another and that’s why our families need more educational opportunities.
House Bill 51 and Senate Bill 1028 will create alternative avenues for sponsoring charter schools in Florida through the state universities and the Florida college system institutions upon approval of the Department of Education.
Help us encourage our elected officials to promote innovation in education and support legislation that will strengthen educational options for Hispanic families and students across the state – including our charter schools!
Urge your lawmakers to support HB 51/SB 1028!
