Return our TABOR tax refunds
In Colorado, our Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights – or TABOR – requires the state government to refund tax money back to taxpayers if they collect more than the allowed amount.
Right now, Colorado is anticipating refunding $4.7 billion to taxpayers between now and 2025.
Unfortunately, some lawmakers want to withhold that money that would otherwise be refunded to taxpayers.
Colorado voters have made themselves clear: We want to keep our hard-earned tax dollars to save, spend, and invest as we see fit.
Sign the letter to your lawmakers today and urge them to honor TABOR and refund our hard-earned tax dollars to Colorado families!
